these Terms, the Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of London, UK.

Digital Services Agreement if the work performed does not reflect the directives provided by
the Client for carrying out the work. - In case of dissatisfaction of the Client due to a non-compliance of the work with his
directives, the Client will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid in advance for
services not rendered. - If the Customer is satisfied with the work carried out and still wishes to proceed with the
cancellation, no refunds will be provided. - In the event of early termination of the Contract due to violation of the conditions by the
Customer, no refund will be provided.
These cancellation and refund conditions are subject to what is specified in our main
contract, and the Customer is invited to refer to it for additional details and specific terms
relating to cancellation and refund of services.
10. Guarantees
